By booking and engaging with B. Classic Media for photography and videography services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Ownership
    All photos, videos, and other media captured by B. Classic Media remain the exclusive property of B. Classic Media. We retain full ownership of the copyright to all content captured during the course of the session. You agree that B. Classic Media may use, modify, distribute, and display the content in any manner for promotional, commercial, editorial, or other purposes without further permission from or compensation to you.
     

  2. Monetary Gains & Usage of Content
    B. Classic Media reserves the right to use the captured media for any purpose, including the right to make monetary gains, such as through licensing, selling, or utilizing the content for advertising and promotions. You are not permitted to use the content for commercial purposes or to make any monetary gains (such as selling or licensing images) unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
     

  3. Usage of Content
    You grant B. Classic Media permission to use your images and videos across various platforms, including but not limited to, websites, social media, portfolios, advertisements, and other marketing materials. This usage is at B. Classic Media's discretion and may be done without any further consent or notification to you.
     

  4. Confidentiality & Privacy
    B. Classic Media will respect your privacy and confidentiality in all instances. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge that some personal details (such as the nature of the shoot and final images) may be used publicly, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the shoot.
     

  5. No Release of Liability
    B. Classic Media is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items, injury, or accidents that may occur during the photo or video session. You agree to hold B. Classic Media harmless from any claims resulting from the session.

  6. Deliverables
    While we will strive to deliver the content within the agreed-upon timeframe, B. Classic Media does not guarantee a specific delivery date and reserves the right to delay or adjust based on unforeseen circumstances.
     

  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the session to avoid any fees. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, deposits may not be refunded.
     

  8. Exclusivity of Content
    The client acknowledges that the captured media is intended for personal or business use as agreed, and further acknowledges that B. Classic Media may share, resell, or distribute media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
     

By proceeding with a booking or signing a contract, you accept these terms and conditions.
